Greg Stock

President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Stock joined Mirage Networks in 2003 and over the past 5 years has propelled it to one of the leading global providers of network security solutions. Under Greg's guidance, Mirage has amassed more than 500 customers across 36 countries. Prior to Mirage, Greg helped drive Global Trade Management pioneer, Vastera, to the market leader with more than ten times the revenues of its nearest competitor. Stock was instrumental in the company's successful initial public offering in September 2000. Prior to Vastera, Stock had a six-year tenure with Supply Chain Management leader, Manugistics, as he helped the company grow to nearly $200M in revenues and lead them into China and Australia. Stock began his software career at IBM Corporation in Somers, New York and Rochester, Minnesota. Greg has undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jana Wilson

Jana Wilson

Chief Financial Officer

Jana has 20 years of experience managing financial and human resources for a variety of companies. She has played a critical role in the financial health of major retailers and high-tech startups alike. Additionally, she has spearheaded two company acquisitions and initial public offerings. Jana brings strategic and management experience to Mirage, having served as chief financial officer for three Austin-area high-tech firms: Garden.com, Inc., where she completed an initial public offering; 360Commerce, Inc., where she completed two funding series and negotiated the company’s acquisition by Oracle; and Traq Wireless, Inc., where she transitioned the company into a joint venture following its acquisition by Tangoe, Inc. Jana is a certified public accountant in Texas, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University.

Michael D'Eath

Michael D'Eath

Vice President, Corporate and Business Development

Michael D'Eath comes to Mirage Networks with over 30 years of entrepreneurial, executive and business development experience in software, hardware and services. He is responsible for creating and managing Mirage's strategic alliances. Immediately prior to joining Mirage, Michael was in charge of Business Development for Identity Management at Sun Microsystems, which he joined through the acquisition of Waveset Technologies in 2003. As Vice President of Corporate and Business Development for Waveset, he led Waveset's alliances with systems and technology vendors, as well as managed relationships with the investment community. Recognized as one the industry's leading business development professionals, Michael has served such companies as Novell, Esquire, Prime Computer and Tivoli Systems, which he was instrumental in introducing to IBM for a $750 million acquisition in 1996. He is the former founder and CEO of CaritaSoft, a provider of customer value management solutions for the communications industry. Michael was educated at Winchester College, Cambridge University, and Rice University.

Vice President of Sales

With Tom, Mirage Networks gains 15 years worth of experience developing and managing international relationships. Prior to joining Mirage Networks, Tom was director of sales for Vastera, a technology company focused on international supply chains and logistics. Under Tom's leadership, Vastera became the leading provider of Global Trade Management solutions to the automotive industry, growing from one customer in 1999 to nearly 50 worldwide in 2003. Tom's experience also includes senior purchasing management at Toyota Motor North America, where he directly managed the parts and component purchases that support Toyota's vehicle manufacturing in North America. Tom holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from UCLA.

Dave Thomas

David Thomas

Vice President of Products

David Thomas has an extensive background in building and leading successful teams. His experience spans software and hardware research and development for products and technologies including security, networked and consumer video, multimedia, network management, operating systems, and content management. During his 20 years in the industry, he has been responsible for delivering embedded to enterprise-class products. David has held a number of key senior leadership positions including Vice President of Engineering at NovusEdge and Senior Director of Engineering for Vignette Corporation with responsibilities for products representing over $60M annual revenue and a team of over 100 engineering professionals in 3 cities across 2 continents. David Thomas is a Summa Cum Laude Valedictorian graduate of Syracuse University.

Grant Hartline

Grant Hartline

Chief Technical Officer

Grant brings more than 14 years of network engineering experience to the Mirage Networks team. Prior to joining Mirage, he worked with InterNetwork Experts as their senior consulting engineer, maintaining the company's internal infrastructure and engineering and installing complex network and IP Telephony environments. Prior experience includes sales engineering positions at Cisco Systems in the Content Networking overlay team, network engineering positions at Dell Computer, designing and implementing Dell's external network connectivity and participating in Security and Disaster Recovery strategies; and NEC America, where he lead the team testing a joint NEC/Cisco VoIP development.

Trent Fitz

Trent Fitz

Vice President of Marketing

Trent Fitz has more than 12 years of marketing, product management, and engineering experience in network security and secure desktop computing. In his role at Mirage, Trent is responsible for overall direction, strategy, and marketing of Mirage products worldwide. Prior to joining Mirage, Trent was a leading network architect for IBM Global Services, designing secure networks from the ground up across multiple industries including educational and financial services institutions, as well as designing global network security architectures for multinational banks and large utility companies. Trent also architected secure desktop computing solutions for the federal government, including NORAD and military hospitals across the United States. Trent holds a computer engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Peter Ruijters

Peter Ruijters

Vice President, EMEA/India

Peter Ruijters brings more than 25 years of international management and business development experience to Mirage Networks, having worked with several leaders in the information security and networking sector. Prior to joining Mirage Networks, Peter served as Managing Director EMEA at Counterpane Internet Securities, a leading Managed Security Service Provider, and as Managing Director EMEA at SonicWALL, a provider of modular, high-performance security appliances. Peter also server as Vice President and General Manager Enterprise Networks Europe at LANDIS, a Dutch-based, billion-dollar distribution and systems integration company and as General Manager International at Triple P Networking, a large multinational systems integrations company listed on the NASDAQ, for more than 11 years. Peter studied electrical engineering in the Netherlands and holds an MBA in business to business marketing.

Kyo Morishita

Kyo Morishita

Vice President, Asia Pacific

Kyo Morishita offers Mirage Networks extensive expertise in Asia Pacific business practices. Prior to joining Mirage, Kyo was engaged in the Information Business Division of Mitsui & Co., Ltd., one of the largest trading companies in the world. Kyo specialized in the corporate Administration of Information and Electronics sector, which organized directly under the current Mitsui CEO. Here Kyo handled Mitsui’s interest in network security related products, including hardware encryption and Mirage Networks’ Endpoint Control technology. Kyo was instrumental in brokering the partnership between Mitsui Group and Mirage Networks. Kyo has a B.A. Law at Keio Gijuku University in Tokyo.
